Hi Kevin,
I'm hoping you'll be able to help me.

I've managed to find my Gt Grandfather's death in Scunthorpe,but have not been able to find any record of him.I even took a trip to Woodlands Cemetary where they hold the registers for Scunthorpe.The woman who was dealing with my enquiry,said that there was no trace of him.I would have prefered to have had a look myself,just to make sure that she hadn't missed an entry,but as i live in Leeds,i've not been able to get back to Scunthorpe.

His name is George Lawrence and on his death certificate,it says that he died age 59 on the 10th June 1913. At the time of his death,he was living at no.28 Fox Street,Scunthorpe.At the top of the death certificate,it says that the death was in the sub-district of Winterton.Does that mean that he was burried in Winterton,but again the woman said that she had a look in the Winterton register with no luck.

I hope i have given you the right infomation and that you're able to find him as if there are no records of him,then i've no idea where he is burried.
