In the Yarborough marriages for 1754-1812 there are- HOLDSWORTH FRANCIS WALKER MARY 1763 BARTON ST MARY HOLDSWORTH JOHN KING ANN 1783 WADDINGHAM HOLDSWORTH JOHN MUNDY MARGARET 1808 WRAWBY HOLDSWORTH RACHEL NAYLOR GEORGE 1770 WADDINGHAM HOLDSWORTH SARAH HOPKINS JAMES WID 1800 HORKSTOW

The marriage of John to Ann King 1783 is a suitable one to produce your William. Suppose John marries again as above at Wrawby in 1808? That could introduce William to Wrawby before he married there in 1815 as you put in your email. It may be worth looking in the Waddingham records to see if there is a baptism for William.
