• Will, 5 Jun 1810. This is the last Will and Testament of me, Matthew Beacock of the Parish of Winteringham in the County of Lincoln, Farmer I give and bequeath to my two sons Matthew Beacock and Thomas Beacock and my two daughters Mary, the wife of Charles Wright, Farmer and Jane , the wife of William Barratt, Farmer all of Winteringham aforesaid, the sum of eighty pounds each of the lawful money of Great Britain. Item, I give to my two sons the said Matthew and Thomas Beacock all my wearing apparel, to be divided equally between them immediately after my funeral. Item, I give to my brother, David Beacock of Bonby, in the said County, and my sister Elizabeth Beacock of Worlaby in the above named County, the sum of five pounds each of the lawful money of Great Britain. And I declare it to be my will that the above Legacies should all of them be paid within three calendar months after my decease. And I do hereby name and appoint my daughter Christina, the wife of Francis Bell of Winteringham aforesaid, Farmer, the sole executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking all other Wills and Testaments whatever and I bequeath to her all the remainder and residue of my Property of whatever nature and description. In witness whereof I, the said Testator, have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of June one thousand and eight hundred and ten Matthew Beacock Signed, sealed and delivered by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who, at his demise and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Lorenzo Grainger J.Lawrence
Christiana Bell the executrix in this Will named, was duly sworn to the truth hereof that the Value of the effects amounts to five hundred and eighty six pounds and that the Testator died in the month of June last past I say sworn before me in the year of our Lord 1810 Wm Cookson ????ogate
